Requirements

Aurora’s aims were to streamline guest experience through subtle changes to Trybe’s menu presentation and site colour palette. They also sought to guide guests through context-specific messages regarding their services, based on time-of-day, or booking type.

Realisation

In addition to refreshing the site’s presentation and guest experience, Aurora has implemented the custom Trybe Retail Extension which allows guests to browse and purchase from the extensive range of gift shop and care products available, using the existing Trybe shopfront.

Behind the scenes, Aurora have implemented automated integration with their CRM/EDM platform, the procurement workflow, and their rostering system.
